Well! After creating the "simple", try
www.yourdomain.com/your-cgi-bin/simple or make an index.html in
~mvend/simple/pages and/or ~mvend/simple/hmtl, create the "simple" once
more or place it to the htdocs/simple.
You can use this codes for the index.html :
