Mmm.

I don't think this one's in the FAQ, however it is one.
your problem probably lies in a misconfigured EncyptProgram line.
Try disabling encryption and see if it works. If it does, your
EncryptProgram directive isn't set correctly, or there's something
wrong with either PGP, the keys you're using, or the way you're addressing
them, ie, address keys by their e-mail addresses, that is, make sure
that the name or e-mail address you're using to address the key exists
in your key-ring... This one gave me a lot of headaches.

p.s. of course, this COULD not be your problem, but it has turned out
it is for 9/10 MV'ers.
