[mv] cybercash problems, validate problems

Hi there,

iam using cybercash 2, the german-version (Version 2.2.2de) from
www.cybercash.de, minivend 3-14-3, red-hat linux 6.1, and i always get the
following error

"You need to validate your credit card information."

there are some testcard-numbers so i check with them

Visa: 4111111111111111
Mastercard: 5555555555554444

AmEx: 378282246310005
Discover: 6011111111111117
JCB: 3530111333300000

i also check the file .../mvend/lib/vend/validCC.pm, where an information is
needed which creditcardtype i use.

can anyone help me, is there something missing in my checkout.html

the followings settings are in catalog.cfg
