[item-price] is a special tag. It does not only display price, but also
performs price adjustment.
Pls check your catalog.cnf. If PriceField is set to no_price or such,
then price adjustment (PriceBreaks, CommonAdjust) is performed. The docs
(Chapter Product Pricing) tell you how this is done.
If you dont want any price adjustment, then set PriceField to your
actual price field like "price" or "prix" as it may be in your case.
