[mv] Assigning variables in catalog.cfg

Hi,

Is it possible to assign variables in the catalog.cfg dynamically? That is, can
I pass a substitution variable a Perl routine the same way you can use the
Routine directive to create user tags.

I've tried and it doesn't work. I've looked around in the docs and not seen
mention of it. Is it safe to assume that it is not possible?
