OK, 

I officially am telling everyone I am mentally challenged.

Here's the situation:

I have a site which sells CDs, vinyl, cassetes, etc.

The item codes for the CDs and vinyl (MC) are the same.  The distintion
lies in the price.  The cd has a price of 18.85 and the vinyl (MC) is
2.45 less.

I have defined the products with a field called format in which I have
the format of the item, e.g., for example item 1 is 3cds, item 2 is mix,
item 3 is cd,mc.

There is also a price field which has the standard price of the item and
an  mc field which contains the price of the MC item.

The Pricing database has the fields of 

code	        format	  cd	 mc
TRAXCD09	CD, MC	18.95	-2.45

the reason for the -2.45 if because I was trying to use Common Adjust.

When an item is searched for example TRAXCD09 displays all info but not
the ability for the person to select the format and then select order.  

If you select order, then the item is displayed with info and the
ability to select the format, but.... when selecting recalculate, or
checkout the item resets to a default of CD.

This is the code in the results .html

I am beyond frustrated with this.  I have several clients that need this
feature and I am not able to solve it.
