[mv] [mv4] user tag "title-bar" unrecognized

I have installed the beta version of mv4 and have been unable to make the
"title-bar" user tag function. It displays on the page something like this:

[title-bar 500 4]Create an account at [/title-bar]

Has anyone else encountered this behavior (or misbehavior)?
