Well, your httpd.conf file is probably in /etc/httpd/conf/ but you
appear to have another problem. You need to look at the permissions
on /var/lib/locatedb to see if the file is there and what its
permissions are. Run a 'man locate' to learn about how locate works.
You may have to run a 'locate -u' to build the locatedb file.
