[mv] attempt to display code=BT-0357 with bad flypage 'fly2.html' - not usual

Hi!
I wanted a second flypage, so i checked catalog.cfg and found
PageSelectField....i uncommented and changed it to:
PageSelectField    display
and proceeded to add a column called 'display' in all the items of the
database with:
fly2.html

The database IS included in ProductFiles, so it is a products database.
When i try using the second flypage (i named it fly2.html), 70% of the items
work perfectly with it..the rest returns a "Under construction page"
Error log says:
 attempt to display code=BT-0357 with bad flypage 'fly2.html

I dont understand why the different handling of some items....can you please
help me out here....this thing is driving me nuts....and i cant find a
clue...the mailing archives have a few messages with similar problems....but
it is because SPACES in the code....this is not the case here....what is
weird for me, is that 70% show, the rest doesnt....(i havent been able to
find differences in the items to point out the error)....could it be a
repetition of the code in other product databases??  it seems difficult
because this is the only database with code starting with a 'B'
Please, suggestions????
