[mv] 4 MV4 Questions...

Hi List...

First.... i tried to go to the ftp directory beta under pub.... and nothing
appears there....
i am mistaking in the place to dl mv4.b2?

I build up today 2 sites with minivend..., its quite easy (but lots of
working....),so:
1) is mv4 is faster than 3.14? (should i upgrade)

2) is the changes needed to be done in the htmls (tags) are major for the
upgarde ?

3) any estimations for v4 release ? (i will start working with the beta as a
learning,
    and new project building)
