[mv] What is "rmtree"?

I asked my ISP to run the directive to build my static pages, because I'm 
inundated with spiders, and he tried to. The error message we got back 
pointed to line 1928 in Minivend:

Line 1928 is the line containing "rmtree." My ISP person tells me that this 
command is nonexistant on our system. I couldn't find anything on it at 
www.perl.com or the Minivend docs/mailing list. I'm at a loss to explain 
what's going on. He gave the mvend user all permissions. The complete 
response to the attempt at building static pages is below my signature.

How can I work around or solve this problem and build my static pages?

BTW, it's a Sun dual CPU SPARCstation-20 Dedicated High-Duty Internet Server 
with 512MB RAM, 4GB disk space. Perl is version 5.005_03 built for 
sun4-solaris. Minivend version 3.14-3. Apache server and the latest version 
of Solaris(UNIX) operating system.
