Alexsei -

You might want to specify a width for your <table> or <td> tag, like:

<table width=300>

- or -

<td width=175>

The width attribute lets you specify several types of metrics, in my
example it defaults to pixels, which gives you the most precise
control. This may help eliminate the wrapping problem. I have made forms
inside tables and tables inside forms many times without trouble.
