Hi folks,

What's the best way to have Minivend share the same login and user
database with other applications?  I would like to use a common user
database for Minivend and other password-protected services and thus
would appreciate any suggestions about the best way to go about this.
The solution should ensure that Minivend user sessions are not lost
when, say, the user suspends shopping, goes to another page on the site,
and returns to Minivend.
