[mv] 3.11 to 3.14-5 problems

I finally upgraded mv for the site I'm working on, and now there are
several problems. I did an upgrade install to 3.14-5....now apache
randomly throws a "premature end of script headers" error and dumps the
core. The system it is running on is Irix 5.3/Apache 1.3.2. Any ideas?
There are many other site running on this machine...only two use mv. My
sysadmin thinks the snippet from the FAQ about the web server running
out of processes is likely to be true. We are working on spreading the
load to another machine.
