I would go back to the same settings that were working with
Cybercash. Then if you want to run "tests" with out going
through Cybercash, change the variable mv_cyber_mode
(usually a hidden field in the last checkout page) from
whatever you are currently using to "minivend_test" and
that will allow the order to go through on the mv side
without contacting Cybercash and it will also log all
of the appropriate Cybercash information to the error log
so that you can do any debugging.
