I had a similar problem. I think it is just a notification you
have an older version of parts of perl around. Since most
systems tend to keep older versions of working programs
like perl and compilers around, I think this is a message
you can safely ignore.
I know what I'm running on my box, and I agreed with the
message, and did the remove.
No more error messages ;)
