I've encountered teh same error during the makecat of Minivend 4.
I'm also using FreeBSD 2.2.8 server.
It looks like;

In file included from tlink.c:39:
/usr/include/arpa/inet.h:71: warning: parameter has incomplete type
/usr/include/arpa/inet.h:74: warning: parameter has incomplete type
/usr/include/arpa/inet.h:78: warning: parameter has incomplete type
Checking directories........................................done.
Copying demo files..........................................found more to
ask.

After installation, Minived does'nt  work well.
I could not see any other error on my installation log.
Any help or suggestion?
