[mv] missing link?

I installed MV4 yesterday, and everything seemed to go well (I needed to
upgrade perl); however I noticed one problem. The sample images weren't
displaying (so I changed ImageDirInternal to https:// since I run
stronghold). But the problem is that the makecat doesn't install the
subdirectory under /htdocs for that stuff. The cgi-bin part works well. I
gave it the location of my httpd.conf, so it should know where my docroot
is, and there should be no permission problems, but it wants to display the
images through the cgi ala: /cgi-bin/basic/images/smallmc.png
what should I be looking at? I have a hunch I'm on the wrong track, but
Aliases? [/basic]
