[mv] Minivend4 and Cybercash Problem - AGAIN - Please Help

Earlier I posted the following message:

I have installed Minivend4 in a test platform and have a test account
setup for Cybercash to get this system working.  I have Minivend 3.4 w/
Cybercash working fine!

The Cybercash test-mck worked okay for this account.  However, in
Minivend when I go to checkout and Place Order, the order will not go
through and gives the following error message:

There were errors in your last submission. They are shown in RED below.

However again, there is nothing 'in RED below', but the credit card box
is re-presented.  I use the test CC # 4111 1111 1111 1111

Everything works fine if I turn Cybercash off!

Anybody have any ideas on this one?

I still can not get this to work!  Some additional information might be
helpful!

When I go to cr.cybercash.com and check the status od orders, I can see
the transactions that are being sent via Minivend4 (I have a dedicated
test account for this store) and all of them have a Status of
'failure-hard'

Does anyone have any idea about what is going on here?  Does anyone have
Minivend4 working with Cybercash?  If so, could you tell me how you have
your catalog.cfg setup?
