It appears that searching is turned off for userdb in Mvend 4.0. We had the
same problems trying to get searchs on Userdb working. There is an array in
Vend:Config.pm which sets an array of NoSearch. This has userdb listed.
When I commented out this declaration then searches on Userdb started
working. I do not know but presume there is a config variable that can be
set to determine which databases can be searched.
