Yes, I found this one a couple of months ago and posted it to the list. IE
Mac earlier versions (4.0, 4.01) don't have the problem, it is just 4.5.
The javascript call (I think it is an "OnChange()" call) in the form tag
for the login form is the culprit. Remove it (don't forget to reconfig the
catalog or restart server if you are using __LEFTSIDE__) and the problem
goes away.
