[mv] Userdb - SQL - 4.01 not functioning

Hi All,

I'l trying to setup a new Minivend server using 4.01. All works correctly except 
the use of the userdb in SQL. This is the same when using both the 'basic' and 
'simple' out of the box demo catalogs.

At Minivend startup, the table is created and records from the .txt file loaded 
correctly.

When I try and create a new user I get the error 'Username already exists
'.

Trying to access a user inserted when the table was created works ok.

Can anyone please help, I've been blocked on this for hours now.
