[mv] MV4.02 and mor the one SQL statement in a include file

i have one shop running under 3.14 and tried to upgrade to 4.02 on a 
test box. i noticed a few things witch are not compatible with the old 
version:
1. the [sql-param 0] tag doesnt work (maybe should not)
2. the category include file (a snip of it follows) results in 
displaying the groups 1 & 2. group 3 & 4 are not displayed, but it 
looks like that inside the loop the rigth number of sentences is 
returned. only the sql-data table field tag doesnt display the field.
