I have the same trouble! I have set TCPMAP to <anynumber for example
6666> and MV4 still try to start on 7786. If you have another minivend
server running, you have to choose a free address. But this didn't
solve. In my case, i have to restart my FreeBSD server to remove all
used adress and to get 6666 and 7786 only. But MV are trying to use
7786 always. If you don't need the INET-Mode, start your minivend
server with this command

bin/minivend -u

or

bin/minivend -r -u
