This is a bug in Minivend. Patch will be in 4.03.
For now, you will notice that the file etc/log is growing and that
the things you are trying to log are going there.
You can work around this temporarily with:
[tag arg="etc/myfile" op=log interpolate=1]
[/tag]
Bear in mind that unless you add a "type=text" parameter it will be
interpreted as tab-delimited fields and be logged line-by-line. For a
blob of text, it is best to use type=text.
Actually, this was something I had on my todo list some time ago, but
it got buried. Also, I will be changing the actual preferred practice
to fit the documentation:
[log file=etc/myfile interpolate=1] data [/log]
