[mv] mv4: more tags appears to malfunction within SQL tag

Hello, 

 I'm interested in using the [more-list] and [more] tags within the sql
tag. I can get the list of "more" page to appear but all the links go to
page one. What can I do to make sure the other pages are linked properly?

Here's an example of my code:

[sql type=list sql="select id,title from products" interpolate=1 ml=5]
 Title: [sql-param title]<BR>
 [more-list][more][/more-list]<BR>
[/sql]

All the links end up exactly the same, like this:
http://foo.com/market.cgi/scan/MM=8503825456:5:9:5?mv_nextpage=test&pf=sql

Also, how do I use I the [more-list] tag inside the SQL tag without
having it repeat with every row returned? I tried all the analogous
examples for [loop] and [search-region] and none of them seemed to work.
