As the failed leader of that last documentation effort, I thought I would
chime in, because I do not recall the documentation being the difficult
part. It was creating a system where multiple people could contuniously
maintain a large document and update it across releases that proved my
undoing. I know now that it would have been better if I had spent my time
editing the docs rather than attempting to organize such a system.

I think perhaps user annotated documentation like PHP's would be a good
solution for Minivend. I would at least give the complainers something
else to do ;-).
