[mv] No default search file error on new catalog

Hello,

I am getting the following errors when I install a new
catalog and try 
to
restart the Minivend server:

Killing Minivend server 637 with TERM.
Low traffic settings.
Calling MiniMate....
Minimate is loaded.
MiniVend V4.00
Configuring catalog nwm...
Using MySQL for databases,
DSN=dbi:mysql:test_minivend.

Directive ProductFiles returned default setting error:
No default 
search
file!
In line 0 of the configuration file '':
Require usertag   reconfig

nwm config error: Directive ProductFiles returned
default setting 
error: No
default search file!
In line 0 of the configuration file '':
Require usertag   reconfig

nwm: error in configuration. Skipping.
nwm: config error. Skipping.


Any ideas of what I need to do?  I can't find any
documentation on 
this.
