In getting used to how minivend works, I've executed makecat a few 
times to get the hang of it. I just ran it again to build a simple 
catalog I call alice, and noticed an odd thing.

For the record, I've set the site to be blue, so the splash and index 
pages are blue.

The home button at the top (just underneath the "The Art Store" 
graphic) is pointed at the correct url. The home button in the bottom 
menu is not correct; it is pointed to 
http://my.machine.com/alice/my.machine.com/cgi-bin/alice/index.html.

The Enter link on that page, however, is correct.

On index.html, both sets of button bar buttons, the top and bottom, 
are correct.

Where is [area] defined? Why isn't [area index] on the splash page 
and the index.html page exactly the same?
