There is a typo on the single page checkouts in the basic and simple
demos. The value for gift_note isn't being maintained after leaving the
page. This is because:
<TEXTAREA NAME=png ROWS=5 COLS=72>[value gift_note]</TEXTAREA>
should be
<TEXTAREA NAME=gift_note ROWS=5 COLS=72>[value gift_note]</TEXTAREA>
