Uuuh?? I´ve believed, your catalog works fine without "https". Make
sure, you get your catalog running well _without_ SSL or "https"
_first_.

show you the catalog? If yes, it is a static page.
Hmmm...maybe, you have _not_ started the minivend server???
Did you use the bin/makecat script? Did you the output of the makecat
script? Maybe like this

Done with installation. If my reading of your input is correct, you
should be able to access the demo catalog with the following URL:
http://freefall/test
In any case, you should get direct access at:
http://freefall/cgi-bin/test
That is, after you START or RESTART the MiniVend server. 8-)
