[mv] Can't get catalog working...involves MySQL

Hello,

When starting Minivend I get the following:

basic: error in configuration. Skipping.
basic: config error. Skipping.
Configuring catalog nws...
Using MySQL for databases, DSN=dbi:mysql:nationwide.

Directive ProductFiles returned default setting error: No default search
file!
In line 0 of the configuration file '':
Require usertag   reconfig

nws config error: Directive ProductFiles returned default setting error: No
default search file!
In line 0 of the configuration file '':
Require usertag   reconfig


nws: error in configuration. Skipping.
nws: config error. Skipping.

So then I tried to rebuild the catalog by typing:
offline -c nws

and I got the following:

Can't locate object method "new" via package "Vend::Table::DBI" at
/usr/local/minivend/lib/Vend/Data.pm line 573.

Can anyone help me out here?  I'm trying to use a MySQL database.
Everything is working fine with MySQL, though.
