[mv] PGP on minivend 4.01 with pgp5

Ok I setting up PGP to work with Minivend. I get pgp to work with this command.
pgpe (filename) -a -r (recipient) -o (filename.asc)
Then I send it via email as a attachment. It works fine.

I get a email but with no credit card info and no pgp encryption.

Think it is something in minivend?
Can anyone help?

in config file

PGP        /usr/local/bin/pgpe -a -r user@somebody.com
Route main      pgp_cc_key       "" ??
Route main      pgp_key          "" ??

in /etc/report
[if value mv_credit_card_info]
