[mv] My images will not work.

I've looked over the FAQ, specifically the part labeled "Hey, where are the
images?" and it doesn't tell me anything I don't already know.  I've tried
setting up with default image paths, relative paths (yes, I know they won't
work, but I had to try), and anything else I can think of to get the images
to show up, and no luck.	I've gone as far as recompiling everything from
scratch and modifying the minivend.cfg and individual catalog config files,
but still no luck.  I'm using the default (simple) catalog, and I've also
tried it with other accounts in "standard" directories, and so on.  What am
I missing?
