If you are using the Minivend version 4.xx, you can use this

[decade-next](higher)[/decade-next][more] [decade-prev](lower)[/decade-prev] 

and you get 

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 (higher)  

If you click "(higher)", you get

 (lower) 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 (higher)
