Attached you will find a simple html form to open in your browser.
It will post test transactions to authorizenet and the results will
display in your browser.

I often use this form for testing a clients login id to make sure it is
valid.

If you submit as is, you should get back the appropriate message
that the card is expired, then you can try other info in the fields to
see what results you get.
