Chris,

After changing some more permissions, I am now getting the 404 error.  Any
ideas?

I'm considering looking for another cart, but I need one that supports MySQL
and allows me to have affiliate tracking.  Any advice?

Anyone know of a good shopping cart that is programmed in PHP?

Oh yeah, I need one that is free.

I would try MV3.14-5 and Perl5.5. After that give up. If your are a
programmer you could have written you cart using mod_perl or mod_php by
now. If you are not much of a programmer then maybe ASP or Miva would be a
good choice.
