[mv] gift_note

I've noticed that the gift_note is not stored within MySql - 
there is also no field supporting this.  I've added a blob to
the table definition for transactions named "gift_note" but 
now I'd like to figure out how to get that information into
the database.  Right now it just gets added on to the big
textfile (receipt, I think...)

Can anyone help with this ?
