[mv] v3 to v4 "tag log" to "log"

notes for people trying to convert shops betwen v3 and v4 minivend.

Before I was using the syntax....

[tag log etc/sales.log][value mv_order_number]  [perl]...[/perl]
[/tag]

to write custom log files I could later use. This won't work in my
version of minivend 4.03.

It started to put un-interpolated output into the file defined by
'LogFile', not the file I wanted ( ie 'etc/sales.log')
. The [tag.} was called from a file '[included interploated=1]''ed from
report.html, which is itself used to generate emails of the orderes
which are then sent to the shop owners.

I've had to use..
in report.html
[include file=pages/ord/<some_file>.html interpolate=1]

and in <some_file>.html...

[log file=etc/sales.log interpolate=1][value mv_order_number]
[perl]...[/perl]
[/log]

although I'm still having difuculty getting full and proper
interpolation (ie on [subtotal] tags)
