[mv] MV still donīt find perl - perl testcgi - OK !

I tried to copy the perl file from /usr/bin folder to my cgi-local 
(same as cgi-cin) dir but it didnīt work. I tried to write the commands 
you guys gave me but I still have the same problem. The I tried what 
Joachim said "perl testcgi" from "minivend-4.04/dist/src" and that was 
the result:

Why is that here the file find perl and the Makefile.PL donīt ?
I still think that this problem is very weird.	Tha problem can be 
resolved by downloading a ney Makefile.PL file from other server ? if 
so, where can I download it (other than the Minivend server) ? Can I 
install minivend without Makefile.PL by editing file by file ? Where do 
I put the tar file before untaring it (iīm putting it onb my cgi-local 
folder)?
Hey guys, I really apreciate what youīre doing for me. Iīm really happy 
for all the help mensages that you sent. Mike Heins, I didnīt said that 
Minivend has a bug. I thought that it might be a bug in my perl with 
RedHat. I think that Minivend is the best shopping cart ever, so thatīs 
why Iīm trying so hard to put it working in my server.
