It seems to me, there is a typo!
<INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="mv_exact_match" VALUE="YES">
Regarding the term, grepping the directory <vendroot>/lib/Vend for
"exact_match" and looking for example into the Scan.pm or Search.pm, you
can see a codes like
Scan.pm:
exact_match => \&_yes,
[DEL]
