[mv] Runtime error... "copy Safe=HASH(0x8b64afc)"

Hi MiniVenders....
[ Debian 2.2 / MVend 4.04 ]
I've been attempting to run a SubCatalog under my main catalog as I
wish to share the pages/databases then use the *.cfg files to define
different colour templates (via Variables).

Catalog ci /home/cricshop/catalogs/ci /exec/ci /ci
SubCatalog test ci /home/cricshop/catalogs/ci /exec/test

That (above), according to the dox appears to correct...?
However a "Server 500" error occurs....

end of script headers: /usr/lib/exec/test

And following is the corresponding Minivend error....

Safe=HASH(0x8b64afc) at /usr/local/minivend/lib/Vend/Util.pm line 617.

Can anyone shed any light as to how to get round this... pretty please.
