I have DBI and DBD::mysql installed!  (I do perl/dbi and mysql
development).

I did create the tables manually and then MV started without errors, but
it did not populate the tables with data from products.asc and
pricing.asc.


Incidently, it did create and populate the pricing table one time, but
not the products table.  Then I dropped the pricing table from MySQL to
see if it would do it again, and it never has created either one since. 
I have dropped the minivend314 database and recreated it, but no luck.
