I have had good luck using absolute URL's to include javascripts and style
sheets in mininvend pages:
<script language="JavaScript" lang="he"
src="http://www.mysite.com/scripts/myscript.js";></script>
You would have to put your scripts in an area accessible by straight http
to use this format.
You could also read the contents of your javascript files into a variables
in catalog.cfg similar to the way the simple demo logobar and menubar are
loaded:
Variable TOOLBAR <toolbar
Variable MAINMENU <mainmenu
