File upload functionality worked well.
But I have a issue of uploaded files which are jpg image data.
The permission code of uploaded files are rw-rw---- . So, we can't see
these image files on the browser. Of cource, after change to
rw-rw-r--, I can see it.

I could not find this type of [value-exended] tag parameter.
How should I change the permission code in the Minivend world?

Any suggestion?
