[mv] makecat error

Hi,

I am pulling my hair out with minivend but hey I am fighter.  I installed 
the rpm version which went sweet I think.  But if I try to make a catalog I 
get this obscure error msg?

Can't locate IniConf.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/minivend 
/usr/local/m
inivend/lib /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503 
/usr/lib/pe

Can someone lead me back on the right path please?
