[mv] 3.14-5 problem with POST size > 65386 bytes

I'm running MV 3.14-5 with Roxen 1.3.122.

I've been testing a new catalog with a modified basket page that allows
for manual entry of SKU's.  Everything was going real fine until the
size of the cgi-bin POST of process exceeded 65386 bytes at which time
the page received at the browser doesn't complete the load and I only
see the page header.  When I look at the page source, it is truncating.

Is this a MV or Roxen problem and who to I get around it?
