[mv] Force receipt.html to top

I can't figure out where to put a TARGET="_top" to get the 
receipt.html to display outside the frames. The checkout page is 
inside the frames (for a number of reasons) but I would like to step 
out of the frameset when displaying the receipt. Come to think of it 
I do not even WHAT is calling the receipt.html page??

Any hints???
