[mv] Search Profile MV 4.04

Greetings to all,

This was working when I was using mv 3.14-4 and Mysql on Red Hat 5.2.  I am
now using mv 4.04 and MySQL on Red Hat 6.2

I have a file search.profiles in the /etc directory here is a sample:

__NAME__ special_offers
mv_searchtype=sql
mv_sql_query=Select sku from specials where sale='Yes' order by name
va=pass2=yes
va=reset=1
va=sort=A
sp=special.html
ml=14
__END__


I then would call this search profile from a page as follows:

<A HREF="[area scan mp=special_offers]">Specials</A>


However,  it does not work anymore I get the following error:

Sorry, there was an error in processing this form action. Please report the
error or try again later. (Can't use string ("specials") as an ARRAY ref
while "strict refs" in use at /usr/local/pkg/minivend/lib/Vend/DbSearch.pm
line 118. )

Is there a difference between 3.14-4 and 4.04 that I missed.  I have not
found anything in the docs--if it is there and I missed please just point me
in the right direction.

I am using the SearchProfile directive in the catalog.cfg.
