I don't think this is a question of a missing place to put such things.
I remember Stefan Hornburg had offered his space for usertags, you can
always submit to the mailing list, several people have offered space,
Christopher Thompson, for example.

I assume you are looking for content, not for space and you want
others to do the work of scanning through the archives, pulling
out the goodies and putting them up in an orderly fashion.

Who wouldn't want that. Your request reminds me of a lot of things...

BTW, the best cookbooks are written by people who cook themselves, tasted
their meals and served them to some demanding customers  (such as
husbands...)
